Seeking Automotive Electricians / Heavy Vehicle

Our Client is a leading maintenance support provider to Heavy Industry, located in Pinkenba and currently have a position vacant for an Automotive Electrician within a Heavy Vehicle Auto Electrical Position. The hours for this position will be on a Monday to Friday roster in the workshop with reasonable overtime as required, with the potential for site work. The position will initially commence on a casual/labour-hire agreement with potential of permanency for the right candidate.

Your primary duties will include but not be limited to:

• Minor and major repairs and servicing
• Field repairs as required
• Design and build wiring harnesses
• Fit site specific requirements to new vehicles / Machines as part of pre-delivery.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills/attributes:

• Qualified Automotive Electricial - with Certificate of Proficiency
• Minimum 4 years post trade experience
• Valid Drivers Licence & Construction Induction White Card
• Have a committed attitude to work, health and safety regulations
• Physically fit and healthy (due to nature of the work).
