Service Coordinator

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and driven Sales and Service Coordinator to build on-going relationships with exist clients and generate new business.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide and follow up on quotes/proposals
• Communicate with clients and service technicians
• Manage the scheduling for a team of technicians
• Complete work orders and processing of invoices
• Order equipment and materials
• Respond to client enquiries
• Responsible for maintaining existing clients and generating new business
• Manage CRM (Simpro)
• Account management
• Provide monthly/weekly reports to general manager
• Administration tasks, as required

 
The ideal candidate will possess the following essential skills and attributes -

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience in preparing quotes/proposals
• Experience sourcing new projects/tendering
• Be sales driven with a customer service focus
• Have good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Be able to manage time effectively and have high attention to detail
• Have a friendly and positive attitude
• Be able to problem solve
• Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
• Be flexible and able to adapt quickly to a variety of changes, when necessary
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic
• Computer Skills – MS Systems
• CRM experience, Simpro an advantage
