We are now looking for a highly motivated person for the role of Technical Services Support to join the team based in our Acacia Ridge, Brisbane Office.

Reporting to the Support Services Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to customers, in relation to service, hire and sales. (GIS/Mapping, GPS, Total Station, Machine Control, Software).  Support will be a mix of direct phone and remote support.

       In addition, your role will also include:

  • Direct Phone Support via Support Office
  • Managing Support Cases within Case Management Framework
  • Internal Support for Field Services and Sales Team
  • Assisting in preparing and maintaining current training material
  • Assisting with preparation of Quick Reference Guides
  • Assisting with testing newly released products
  • Assisting with preparation of new product training manuals
  • Assisting with Delivery of Machine System Initial Instruction
