We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated factory hand/labourer to join our fast-paced manufacturing company located in Kelvin Grove.
Comax manufactures high quality bespoke furniture, sold to Australia’s best architects and designers!
Within the role you will get the opportunity to work alongside our experienced craftsmen with potential for career progression/apprenticeship opportunities.
The Role involves:
- Lifting/Wrapping furniture
- Sanding timber
- Using hand tools
- Sweeping floors
- General labouring
- Assisting our craftsman as required
To be considered for the position:
- Physically fit – Able to lift heavy materials/furniture
- Punctual & Reliable
- Good communication skills
- Take initiative within the role
- Flexible with duties
- Passionate about hands on work
- Positive can-do-attitude!
- Interest in furniture
- Must have current Manual Drivers Licence
Previous experience in factory/labouring/construction is highly regarded.
