Australia's largest and most successful 4x4 accessories manufacturer and distributor, ARB Corporation, is looking to recruit another talented, energetic and dynamic fitter to join its workshop team at its Wentworthville Branch in Western Sydney.

The company operated ARB Wentworthville Branch services Sydney's booming western suburbs. Its workshop is in many respects the engine room of our branch operation.

General responsibilities include:

• Fitting a very broad range of automotive aftermarket accessories to a wide range of both off road and recreational passenger and trade vehicles
• Subject to satisfactory training and performance, fitting a wide range of auto electrical accessories to customer vehicles
• Ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely manner, and with the greatest respect for our customer vehicles
• Working closely with our branch retail team, to ensure that all work is carried out on time, and to our customers expectations
• Attending regular in service skill training
• Possibly attending local shows and open days
• In doing all of the above, helping the team achieve the stores customer satisfaction, revenue and profit targets

Skills and attributes required:

• Well developed automotive fitting and/or mechanical skills obtained in either a workshop or panel beater
• Ideally some auto electrical skills or experience
• Great attention to detail, as we are working on what is in many cases the most expensive asset that our customers will ever buy
• A very strong customer service ethic, and the ability to work as a member of a team
• High energy and enthusiasm.
