Vella's Plant Hire Pty Ltd T/A Vella's Civil requires the services of a qualified Diesel Fitter for our company based in Farleigh, Mackay.
Experience with Quarry and Civil Earthmoving Equipment will be looked upon favourably. Applicants must be motivated, possess initiative and be capable of working safely without supervision. This is a fantastic opportunity for people looking for a career in civil construction.
Successful applicants will carry out servicing and mechanical duties on a variety of equipment such as excavators, loaders, scrapers, dozers, dump trucks and quarry machinery as well as light vehicles.
To be considered you must have:-
- Must be a qualified Diesel Fitter
- Must have an MR License, (HR License is preferred)
- Knowledge of machinery and earthmoving equipment (quarry plant is also preferred but not essential)
- Previous experience in a Civil Role is preferred
- Must be available for an immediate start
