We are the official source of television audience measurement for the free to air networks and subscription television channels in Australia. At Nielsen TAM, we are passionate about improving our clients' understanding of what their consumers watch on Television.
A vacancy currently exists within our Technical Field department for a Services Representative. The Field Tech will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of TV ratings equipment. The successful candidate will be required to work across Gippsland/Latrobe Valley, VIC.
Main responsibilities include:
- Installing and maintaining TV ratings equipment
- Installing PC software for the purpose of collecting ratings data
- Job scheduling duties
- Administration duties including stock control
- Arranging travel within the region
Candidates should have a combination of experience and skills including:
- General knowledge of Audio-visual equipment
- Well Developed knowledge of PC's, laptops, tablets and smart phones
- Intermediate knowledge of windows based and Apple software and hardware
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Current drivers Licence
- Experience in working independently (desirable)
- Restricted Registration Cabling License (desirable)
- Experience in domestic customer relations (desirable)
Excellent communication and organisational skills are a must and relevant qualifications are preferable. You must be trustworthy, reliable and a team player who aims for service satisfaction.
