ChoiceOne is seeking a Boning Room Supervisor for our client who pride themselves on delivering world class quality meat products, on time to specifications in both domestic and international markets.
In order to ensure that the company is able to consistently deliver these outcomes they are seeking a new Supervisor for their Boning Room.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous experience in boning slicing
- The ability to effectively manage a team to ensure the deliverables are achieved to company specifications
- A understanding of the hazards within this environment and a commitment to eliminate safety hazards in the work place
- A proactive attitude
- The ability to build commitment from your team to achieve outcomes
