About the role

• Travel to customers locations in response to service requests
• Communicate with customers to determine the source of the problem and use a variety of tools and your skills to diagnose the issue
• Maintain regular scheduled clients
• Completing work order forms
• Replace malfunctioning machine components such as but not limited to PC hardware
• Be able to take ownership over assigned work tasks
• Maintain order and cleanliness of business cars and ensure stock is up to date

Skills and experience

We require you to have (or the ability to quickly acquire)

• Previous ATM Gaming Machines maintenance is an advantage
• Strong mechanical aptitude ie knowing how/why things work

• Competent computer skills with an understanding of basic Network setups.
• Certificate III in Electronics is desirable or willingness to obtain
• Computer skills-both hardware and basic software
• Problem solving and diagnosing skills
• Ability to read and follow instructions
• Work unsupervised and self-motivated
• Must be reliable, well dressed and able to work as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Open registration Certificate and Gaming Technician Licence would be an advantage
• Current Drivers Licence
