We are currently seeking a talented

Workshop Manager

Key responsibilities and duties for the role include :

  • Plan and co-ordinate all maintenance activities
  • Provide leadership and direction to eight caravan technicians and two office staff
  • Work with sales staff to schedule sold caravans for customers to collect
  • Development and implementation of systems and procedures within the workshop
  • Ensure quality of work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
  • First point of contact to customers in the service reception area
  • Responsible for maintaining contact with customers and keeping them informed of their job progress.
  • Schedule bookings of all service jobs
  • Quote on service jobs and order the required parts

The successful applicant will have the following skill set:

  • Committed, safety conscious individual
  • Own reliable transport with current Qld licence
  • Excellent ability of plan, prioritise and lead a team
  • Demonstrate excellent problem solving, negotiation and leadership skills
  • Must be computer literate - computer work is a large part of the job

You must have the ability to work and receive direction where appropriate from the company directors.

This is a full time job based in Bundaberg.

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5pm, the occasional Saturday may be required.
