Millennium Services Group Ltd is currently seeking experienced, suitably qualified and highly motivated Customer Service Officers for part-time work in Geelong, Victoria.
This is a unique opportunity to join one of Australia's premier Integrated Service companies.
The Customer Service Officer is responsible for delivering the highest standards of both customer service in a dynamic work environment.
These roles require individuals experienced in customer service with the ability to provide assistant to the security team in a retail environment. A security licence is not required as the role is focused on customer service.
In addition to excellent communication skills and six star customer service attributes, the role requires the aptitude and knowledge to apply security risk and hazard management principles in the work environment. The ability to maintain strong working relationships with Clients and key stakeholders including local Police to deliver security that meet the needs of the site, will be paramount to your success in this role.
