We are pleased to announce for the first time in many years, the key management position of Spa Manager.
Based at Coles Bay on the east coast of Tasmania, this is a rare opportunity to advance your management career in a breathtaking location. As Spa Manager you’ll play a critical role in our guest experience by ensuring that every guest receives the gift of devoted selfless attention and a truly unforgettable experience. You’ll also lead and develop a team of highly skilled and passionate Spa Therapists and carry responsibility for ensuring the Spa consistently delivers experiences that leave guests delighted.
In addition to your accountability for guest experience and team leadership, you will also be appreciated for your managerial and operational skills as you seamlessly ensure the smooth operation of the Spa. You will have managed a spa before and know the ins and outs of ensuring consistently high standards that delight. Your ability to contribute to the Spa’s commercial success and identify opportunities to innovate and improve will also be recognised and valued.
As you’ll also be hands on – with remedial massage experience highly desirable – you’ll discover first-hand that our treatments are superb and the products we use (such as Payot and Australian icon, LaGaia) are divine.
