Set in the northern suburbs of Adelaide with beautifully landscaped gardens, Trinity Green Retirement Village, is a thriving community offering an indoor heated swimming pool, salon and much more for its residents.
To ensure the highest standard of living for our residents at the Village, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic, committed and customer service focused Maintenance Officer to join the team on a full-time basis, working Monday to Friday, to deliver general maintenance and repairs of buildings and facilities in accordance with the Village Maintenance Plan. Part of your role will also include the maintenance of our pools and gardens.
Under the guidance of the Village Manager, the Maintenance Officer is responsible for the maintenance activity within the village in accordance with existing frameworks and budget. You will ensure all work is carried out following the correct Environmental, Health and Safety procedures.
To be successful you must have:
- Demonstrated skills as a handyperson or experience within a maintenance role.
- Understanding of machinery use and tools required for the job.
- High organisation skills and the ability to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks.
- Pool testing Experience / Qualifications (Desirable)
- General Computer literacy.
- Knowledge of EHS legislation.
- Level 2 First Aid Certificate (or be willing to obtain one).
