A busy, well established security company with great staff and a great culture requires experienced crowd controllers and experienced covert LP officers for work in licensed venues and gaming rooms throughout Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula as well as large retail stores.

Crowd Control - Our venues allow our staff to build rapport with patrons and use their communication skills throughout shifts.  We take great pride in our levels of teamwork and performance and this shows with the number of long standing clients we are fortunate to be able to work with.

Loss Prevention – We are looking for people with experience in covert loss-prevention work with a view to making apprehensions when safe to do so.  Full-time hours are available and uniformed door work and bag checking do not count toward experience for this position.

We are looking for people who are well presented, have a strong work ethic, are dedicated to providing a high level of customer service and are able to work as part of a team.  Our staff all enjoy dealing with the public and have an excellent grasp of both spoken and written English.

Due to growth within the company, we are looking to recruit some hard-working, dedicated and experienced crowd controllers to work at our varying venues.

We take great pride in our ongoing training and support for our staff but all candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year experience in crowd control at licenced venues or covert loss prevention work.
• Must have a current Victorian Crowd Control/Security licence.
• Must have own reliable transport.
• Proven conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to communicate and work with people from all walks of life.
• Gaming licence highly regarded!

Successful crowd control candidates will need to be available for work on Friday and Saturday nights, while covert LP officers will be offered work over 7 days.
