For this, the right candidate will be joining a close and supportive team in the Finance department.
Job tasks and responsibilities
The ideal candidate will receive specialised training both through internal and external sources to ensure growth and development working alongside an experienced Finance team. A high level of professionalism and presentation is a must. Your day to day responsibilities will include, but not limited:
- Banking
- Receipt overnight direct deposit payments.
- Check Refunds & Payouts.
- Finance settlement check.
- Confirming documents for Finance Sign up.
- Shredding docs after settlement.
- Assisting Guest with basic finance & Insurance enquiries on daily basis.
- Will be accredited to discuss finance & insurance enquiries if Business Managersare busy.
- Acknowledging the Guest while Business Managers are busy.
- Assisting Business Managerswith following up documents from the Guest.
- Following up encumbrances on trade vehicles.
- Prepare harrier warranty in system.
- Stationery order
Skills and experience
Previous finance and insurance in the motor vehicle industry will be preferable.
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
