Medium family owned business now looking for a knowledgeable and skilled Estimator to join their team of 7 in the office.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Project Manager you will be responsible for:
- Preparing quotes
- Liaise with project stakeholders including architects, engineers, builders, project managers, suppliers and clients to clarify project requirements
- Working from plans and scope of works
- Quantity take offs
- Interpreting architectural drawings and specifications
The Requirements
- Ideally hold a minimum of 2 years' experience in similar role with a construction business
- Appropriate trade or tertiary qualification in cabinetmaking/Joinery or Construction
- Experience using estimating software is essential
- Experience using Pytha or Cabinet Vision is an advantage
