In Summary
Workfast is looking for Qualified Industrial Electricians to join their team on a breakdown and maintenance team on FMCG sites in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs. VIC, a fantastic location for people based around Melbourne.
The rate of pay is $45 per hour, plus allowances, superannuation and overtime.
About you
Candidates must have 4 years experience as an Industrial Electrician and have a good industrial electrical and mechanical background. Experience with electrical breakdown and electrical maintenance is required and any experience in the FMCG industry is beneficial. Candidates must also hold their Electrical Licence, white card, have their own transport and full PPE.
Ideally candidates will have experience in industrial electrical work that involves the installation and maintenance of repairs large industrial and FMCG machinery. This job is a casual ongoing position with full-time hours for the right candidate and potential to be taken on full-time.

The numbers
- $45 per hour plus Superannuation
- $63 time and a half rate when applicable
- $81 double time rate when applicable
- $15 meal allowance after 9.5 hours worked
What you need
- White Card
- Electrical Licence
- Drivers Licence and Own Transport
- Own tools
- Full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- 4 years industrial electrician experience
- Experience in industrial electrical maintenance
- Experience in industrial electrical breakdown
- Experience in electrical FMCG beneficial
- Experience working with large industrial and FMCG machinery beneficial
- Willing to work hard and have a 'can do' attitude
