About the business and the role
We are a high quality manufacturer of Food Processing equipment requiring the skills of an experienced Stainless Steel Welder Fabricator in our clean Stainless only factory in Thomastown.
Job tasks and responsibilities
The job requires the person to be proficient and experienced in the Welding and Fabrication of Stainless Steel equipment for the food industry. Amongst the varied tasks will be the requirement to do high quality, food grade pipework in our factory.
Skills and experience
It is envisaged the successful candidate would be either a Boilermaker or Sheetmetal worker with experience either in the food industry or the manufacture of food processing equipment. A knowledge of, and ability to perform, high quality purge welding of thin walled stainless steel tubing is a must.
Pressure Vessel welding tickets a definite advantage as is experience with orbital welding equipment.
