CCS encompasses general property claims, CRD, Strata, Fusion, Marine & Motor claims as well as Crawford’s new market offering, WeGoLook.

We are seeking a Motor Claims Assessor to work from our Adelaide office. You will use your automotive repair background to effectively assess, process and negotiate motor claims.

Some of what you'll be doing:

  • Assess and adjust quotations as necessary of damaged vehicles of all classes
  • Research and establish vehicle market values
  • Type client reports in an accurate & timely manner
  • Update Assessing work flow system as required
  • Effectively deal with service/product replacement providers
  • First point of contact regarding Technical queries
  • Perform on-road Assessments as required

Who we're looking for:                       

  • A Trade Certificate in Automotive repairs
  • Prior experience with damaged vehicle assessing
  • Experience with repair procedures of damaged motor vehicles, commercial vehicles and caravans
  • Ability to work without supervision
  • Client service focus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer based programs
  • Driver's License
