An exciting opportunity exists for a suitably skilled worker to join a growing local business situated in Warrnambool.
Servicing South West Victoria, GAB Group - Trees Traffic Power requires an accredited Traffic Control Supervisor to play an important role in developing and implementing appropriate Traffic Management Plans in accordance with contracted engagements. The successful candidate will have an active role within the team to ensure that all appropriate signage, barriers, permits are in place prior to and throughout specific engagements and that all appropriate risk assessments have been documented accordingly.
Coupled with the opportunity to assist with tender applications and other business related matters, including book-keeping functions, this unique role will give the successful candidate an excellent platform to develop the business and to work with a successful team.
To succeed in this role, candidates must be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, be self-motivated, have excellent time management skills have experience in traffic management activities and be capable in the preparation of traffic management plans.
Experience in both traffic control activities, including Rapid Plan Traffic Management software and administration would be highly regarded.
