Senior Innovation Food Technologist

Due to continued high growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Innovation Food Technologist to join a Highly Successful Marketing and Innovation Team.
This unique role will take the lead in successfully managing products under leading, innovative brands from concept to launch. This key allrounder role, calls for an experienced senior food technologist, with wide skills and experience in all technical and development areas including nutritional information, labelling, packaging and legislation, Product Costings, Specifications along with strong technical factory experience. Proven Innovation Experience will be highly regarded.
To be successful in this role you will meet the following criteria:
Successfully Manage and Lead Multiple Projects Simultaneously
Demonstrate previous experience developing new products using a stage gate process from concept to launch following strict timelines
Excellent Product Costings skills
Proven effective team and people leadership experience.
Ensuring adherence and focus on NPD policies and procedures
Assist in ensuring products manufactured achieve first time quality targets.
Managing a small team will be highly regarded
