We are based in Eastern Creek in a brand new state-of-the-art facility with wonderful staff amenities, and due to unprecedented growth are seeking new talent to join our rapidly growing team. We are currently looking for an intelligent and highly motivated individual to fill the role of Document Control Officer on a full-time or part-time basis.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:

To compile, review and prepare all product documentation required for product disposition. This will involve compilation and review of Batch, Material, and Analytical Records to ensure compliance to the relevant procedural requirements and product specifications, review of validations, deviations and regulatory documentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure Quality System compliance as per current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and standard work practices.

·    Receipt, traceability, and labelling of incoming materials put into quarantine
·    Prepare material test reports for all materials including packaging artwork review
·    Prepare material disposition labels to quarantined incoming materials approved for
     release, liaising with warehouse staff to ensure the task is completed accurately
·    Review manufacturing and packaging records for completeness
·    Identify complex errors such as calculation conversions
·    Generate disposition documentation required for product release  
·    Document batch errors and provide error tracking to management
·    Maintenance and storage of all batch records
·    Track and provide other data as required for business metrics
·    Identify potential issues and trends and escalate to supervision

QUALIFICATIONS:

Tertiary education in a Scientific/technical discipline (chemistry, microbiology, pharmacology or engineering preferred).

NECESSARY SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

·    Excellent communication and organisation skills - ability to multi-task and prioritise  
     effectively, as well as having very high accuracy and attention to detail

·    Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office (i.e. MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook)
