The Role
As an Environmental Consultancy we are looking for someone who has a passion to grow our business in the Northern New South Wales region through your strong client relationship and business development skills. You will participate in a wide range of projects involving remote field work, data collection, technical report writing and project management. This role has a GIS component, so you will have a strong background in mapping and GIS programs. Based in our new office in Coffs Harbour, you will have the opportunity to work at other locations across New South Wales and Queensland. Biodiversity Assessment Method (BAM) accreditation training will be offered to the successful candidate.
Required skills & experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in environmental science or related discipline
- Business development skills
- GIS/mapping experience particularly in QGIS
- Knowledge of NSW environmental legislation
- Data analysis & technical report writing skills
- First aid certificate
- White card
- Manual drivers licence
- 1-3 Years consulting experience
Skills and experience that would be beneficial:
- Post graduate qualifications
- Use of apps for data capture
- Exposure to NetSuite
