The Role
Spotless is the lead contractor providing Estate Maintenance and Operation Services (EMOS) for the Department of Defence in Queensland and Southern New South Wales. As lead contractor within the region we deliver a suite of services to support Defence capability.
We are seeking a self-motivated, reliable part time Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Data Administrator to be part of the Land Management team. This position will ensure effective support is provided to the GIS Data Analyst in the management and operations of the contract GIS, and in the delivery of spatial products and services.
This role will deliver a range of services including but not limited to:
- Assisting in the coordination of field data collection activities
- Maintaining accurate and up to data contract GIS data
- Contributing to planning of work and process improvement
- Supporting the maintenance of Defence GIS Land Asset information systems and producing reports as directed.
- Providing support and assistance to the GIS Data Analyst and other personnel, as required.

Skills and Experience
- Suitability for Defence security clearance (Australian citizenship mandatory)
- Relevant tertiary or equivalent vocational qualifications
- Experience with the ArcGIS platform and products
- Sound time management with an ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail
- Current Australian driver’s licence
