We have laboratories throughout Australia with our head office and main lab being located in Brisbane at the revitalised Brisbane Technology Park precinct. Renowned for our high standard of service to a large customer base, impressive technology and wide range of testing services, Symbio Laboratories is about to enter our most exciting phase.
To support this next phase, we are seeking expressions of interest for a number of Client Liaison Officer roles within the organisation. You will be allocated a group of industry specific clients to provide timely advisory and reporting services. You will also work with laboratory staff to troubleshoot issues and ensure our clients receive a high quality service. Other duties will include preparing quotes, maintaining quality of information in our CRM database, taking client enquiries and assisting with walk-ins.
As we have a number of roles to fill, we are seeking candidates with varying backgrounds and years of experience to join our current team.
Our ideal entry level candidates would have the following attributes:
- Science, Agricultural, Environmental, Nutrition or Technology based tertiary qualification
- Background or exposure to the food or environmental industries
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
