About the company

Based in West Sydney this food manufacturing company is currently looking for an assistance in their product development team. You will be assisting preparing samples, sensory evaluation, writing product specifications and PIFs

Duties

Assist Senior Product developers in the development kitchen
Prepare samples and carry out sensory analysis
Collect and analyse data
Product Specification and PIF writing

Skills and Experience

Tertiary qualifications in Food Science or equivalent
Preferably hands on product development experience
Can do, organised, confident candidate
Available for immediate start and free for next 3 months
