The Role
You will be responsible to lead and implement the Flavour creation program and development of flavours to meet customer requirements (Australia & Asia Pacific) and the organisation’s innovation plan.  Key duties include:

• Create and develop flavour creation processes; developing powders and emulsions
• Support the business in Flavour NPD and Product Application;
• Provide knowledge of Asia-Pacific flavour regulations in food applications and products
• Work with suppliers to develop and introduce new innovative materials,
• Participate in executive, senior management and technical team meetings.

Your Background
To be successful in this role will draw upon your experience;

• Demonstrated ability in a Senior Flavourist role;
• Strong academic background in Food Chemistry or similar discipline
• Experience in Food & Beverage application
• Excellent knowledge of Enzyme technology to product natural flavour ingredients.
