icare is currently seeking an experienced Senior Data Visualisation Analyst/Developer with a logical mindset and a flexible approach to join the icare team!

We’re looking for someone to support us in answering key business questions by designing, developing, publishing and supporting business intelligence and data visualisation dashboards and reports, while providing crucial reporting and analysis support across our service lines.

You’ll be working with a diverse mix of fun-loving, motivated and resilient people who really care about making a difference for people and the NSW community. You will have a mind for getting things done and a heart for people and you will set the bar high through the quality of the work you do and the people-oriented decisions you make.

You’ll bring your sound knowledge of business intelligence and information systems as well as broad experience in data analysis applications from within a complex information system environment. You’ll have solid experience in Qlik Sense and will be confident in working with other data visualisation tools. Your excellent technical understanding and experience in working with an enterprise data warehouse will also be key in this ever-changing environment. You’ll be someone who is not only confident to create advanced reporting and provide meaningful analysis, but also comfortable working with ambiguity and ever-present change.

It’s an exciting environment where no two days are the same. But on a typical day you might find yourself:

• Publishing and developing insightful dashboards that are built according to icare standards
• Developing and enhancing icare’s best practice reporting and data visualisation guidelines, frameworks and processes
• Leading critical complex data analysis to develop business intelligence
• Analysing trends and emerging issues in business intelligence and developing strategies for business improvement
• Managing content within icare’s data visualisation and reporting tools
• Preparing documentation and reporting on data related issues
• Escalating data quality issues and inconsistences for assessment and remediation
• Performing a range of data-related business intelligence activities to support icare projects
