The Role

They now have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to become part of their successful Life Sciences team. Your remit will be to maintain existing business and drive new business development in Victoria and South Australia.

• Proactively seek, develop and foster client networks in biological research within academia, biotech, government and industry.
• Develop application and product knowledge to advise potential customers on assay solutions & detection technologies.
• Liaise with local and global product specialists regarding challenging technical inquiries.
• Promote our client’s expertise through the delivery of educational forums, technical seminars, conferences & representation at industry sponsored events.
  

Expertise Required

• A degree in Life Sciences is essential.
• Experience in Immunology, Cell Biology, or High Throughput Screening highly regarded.
• Familiarity with microplate readers, ELISA, Luminescence technologies, biochemical and cell-based assays, microscopy, data analysis, cell biology, fluorescent proteins, immunohistochemistry, and various screening techniques would be highly regarded.
• Computer literacy and presentation skills are essential.
