Australia's leading manufacturer of allograft implants is looking for an enthusiastic Clean Room/Processing Technician
We are currently seeking a Cleanroom/Processing Technician to join our young, high energy production team, located in Frenchs Forest.
Reporting to the Production Manager and Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following:
- Working within designated cleanrooms to manufacture allograft implants for orthopedic and spinal surgery cases
- Maintaining the high level of GMP practices at Australian Biotechnologies
- Cleaning and general maintenance of cleanrooms and other production areas
- Participating in research and development programs
- Following SOP's and other documented procedures, adhering to guidelines set by the TGA
- Packaging of finished products
- Basic microbiological duties
- Participating in continual educational programs, and keeping abreast of changes within the TGA and code of GMP for human tissue applicable to the work we do at Australian Biotechnologies.
The successful applicant will possess the following attributes:
- Ability to work with craftsman type equipment and tooling such as "band-saws", air drills, sagittal saws, and sharp instrumentation.
- BAND-SAW EXPERIENCE IS A BIG PLUS!
- Prior experience working within a cleanroom environment

- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
- A commitment to high ethical standards
- High attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to stand for ninety percent of the time
- Ability to work within a cleanroom for an extended period of time
