We have a new opportunity available with an established organisation for an experienced Project Manager who's clearly able to demonstrate their background and expertise in managing and contributing to a range of project portfolios. This position requires the demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, and work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver on transformational change, and play a key role in shaping futures for generations and beyond. 

Key skills being sought:

  • Demonstrated Project Management expertise in all activities from project design, delivery, compliance, monitoring, reporting and communications.
  • Ability to support the Projects team in the supervision and management of a portfolio of research and conservation projects.
  • Skilled in reporting, presentations, briefings and publications for diverse audiences ranging from the general public, donors and investors, and the broader research and conservation community.
  • Work with the fundraising, marketing and communication teams to ensure that the outcomes of projects are effectively and accurately communicated to stakeholders.
  • Comprehension of Change Management and its impacts.
  • Well skilled in problem-solving and solutions. 
  • Proven risk and issue management.
  • Self-motivated with high levels of written and verbal communication skills.

The type of person: 

We are seeking a talented individual who possess the skills and expertise in Project Management, with at least 5 years' experience in the analysis, design, and management of a wide and varying range of projects. Industry expertise in conservation, science, engineering or technology will be highly welcomed. You will need to have the ability to be flexible, be able to identify and prioritise your workload, and have strong communication skills to keep management informed of progress, while thriving on the challenge to think proactively, embrace change and deliver on an assigned portfolio.
