The key role of the AgTech & Innovation Manager will be:

• Ideate, scope and project manage new AgTech initiatives through to commercialisation
• Educate and raise awareness of our AgTech strategy and the value it delivers
• Work closely with the Adama commercial team to implement new concepts and educate customers
• Research new initiatives that align with our AgTech strategy
• Manage the validation, testing and market priming stages of AgTech projects
• Be the conduit for AgTech initiatives
• Be a key member of the Global AgTech Team

The successful candidate will possess:

Formal Education: Agricultural Science or Science degree

Qualifications:  Agsafe accreditation of benefit.

Work Experience: Extensive Crop Protection industry experience in Technical and Commercial fields. Experience working on AgTech initiatives will be favourable. Strong background in relationship development

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

• Strong ability to build relationships
• Broad knowledge of Crop Protection products and uses
• Strong and broad understanding of AgTech tools and technologies
• Excellent communication (verbal and written English) skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Analytical and problem solving skills

• Established network in Industry
• Strong Technology development skills and experience
• Innovative thinker
• Autonomous, driven self-starter

Remuneration
