Our organisation is looking for talented Quality Leaders with a superior understanding of GxP and the expectations and requirements of the FDA, TGA, cGMP and PIC’s.

We are looking for mid to senior level quality leaders with global quality and people leadership experience.  Responsibilities include:

• Leadership of the Quality Assurance function
• Management, training and development of the Quality team
• Overseeing the implementation, improvement and review of quality systems
• Define, document, drive and manage the Quality System including processes, procedures and related documents. 
• Conduct and facilitate internal and external audits
• Strong understanding of best practice quality systems and an ability to update and transform quality systems to meet business needs
• Scheduling and prioritising work

  Experience:

• Significant international pharmaceutical industry experience in a quality role.
• Strong understanding of GMP and GxP
• Excellent time management, verbal and written communication skills
• People leadership experience and excellent influencing skills
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and work with people to achieve outcomes
• Planning and organisational skills including the ability to set priorities and manage multiple activities within agreed timeframes
• Excellent analytical skills and technical writing skills
• A positive, pre-emptive focus on environmental, occupational health and safety issues
• A degree in Chemistry or life sciences but a degree in Microbiology is preferred.
• Experience in CI also desirable. Lean, 5S or 6 sigma.
