About the Position
This is a 'front line' client service role in our Sydney business, located in Rydalmere.  The primary responsibilities of the role will be to provide excellent client support through our client management software systems.
 
The duties of this position include but are not limited to:
  • Administration of client information within various systems including our client portal, LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) and CRM (Salesforce).
  • Chemical and Microbiological method data entry.
  • Training and roll out of our LIMS web portal to clients.
  • Provide local support to the Client Services team.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound communication via telephone, post, fax and email.
  • General administrative tasks as required by the business.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Have solid IT software skills (demonstrated across multiple systems).
  • Have strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
  • Previous client service experience.
  • Vibrant, outgoing personality and ability to work as part of a team.
In addition the following skills would be desirable:
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or in a similar role
  • Chemistry/Microbiology background
  • Experience with LIMS system
  • Experience with technical data entry
  • Understanding of Laboratory Quality Systems (e.g. ISO17025, GMP)
  • Laboratory experience
