This progressive, highly respected and leading pharmaceutical FMCG organization is a division of a multinational group and is renowned for its innovation and quality marketing of a high range of pharmaceutical products worldwide. Our client is seeking an experienced Validation Specialist to work on major validation projects and approve & execute validation protocols on a range of aseptic equipment.

Reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager, key responsibilities include the following:

• Ensure project deliverables are adequately commissioned including IQ/OQ & are ready for process or product performance qualifications (PQ).
• Generate & execute validation protocols to ensure processes & manufacturing equipment complies with regulatory standards.
• Approve & execute IQ, OQ & PQ validation process protocol & prepare validation reports including cost estimates of validation activities.
• Manage the quality systems to ensure that the projects successfully meet quality objectives.
• Integrate qualification outcomes & prepare documentation into the businesses quality management systems.

The successful candidate will have the following skills & experience:

• Tertiary qualifications in Science or Engineering.
• Specific validation experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry with experience in aseptic environment.
• Specific experience in the generation and execution of IQ, OQ & PQ protocols for process, equipment & facilities.
• Sound knowledge of manufacturing & GMP principles.
• Proven experience working within a team with excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Validation Specialist with sound validation experience in an aseptic environment to join a leading multinational organisation to further develop expertise in validation & production.  This is a long term contract requiring immediate start.
