We are looking for an environmental scientist who aligns with our vision of sustaining our planet for the future and our core beliefs of integrity, value and respect. Required on a full-time basis, you may be required to work away from home for periods of a week or more.
Undertaking environmental assessments for land-use change and agricultural development, you will be capable of developing environmental management and monitoring strategies to assist our clients maximise resource efficiency and financial outcomes.
Position Requirements:
We require you to have the following attributes:
- The ability to scope out, quote, plan and implement environmental assessments and monitoring for a range of purposes
- Be quick and accurate in field assessment
- Willing to use our digital data recording system
- Familiar to use the Arc suite of software to produce the required plans and maps
- Be an excellent communicator in both written and verbal forms
- Able to effectively communicate your findings and recommendations to the client
- Where the environmental assessment is part of an integrated project, share information with a multi-disciplinary team to facilitate development approval and project implementation.
- Recognise opportunities and actively generate new projects

Qualifications / Previous Experience:
- Tertiary qualified or minimum 5 years experience
- Minimum of 1 year in the commercial environment
- Experience and qualifications in contaminated site work well regarded
- Good GIS skills
