About the company:

The company is a well-known pharmaceutical company who is currently undergoing substantial growth. Located not far from Melbourne CBD, this company manufactures therapeutic products for the Australian and international markets.


About the role:

We are currently seeking an experienced HPLC Analyst for a 6 month contract who displays initiative and is self-motivated. Reporting to the Laboratory Manager, this role will ensure that all QC activities are efficiently and safely carried out.

This role is a 6 month contract with view for extension.


Skills & experience:

• Sample preparation
• Testing raw materials via standard wet chemical techniques
• Testing finished products by HPLC and GC
• Calibrating instruments
• Data entry
• General housekeeping

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in a similar role in the Pharmaceutical Industry.

WHV candidates are encouraged to apply.

To be successful in this position you will have a Bachelor of Science majoring in Chemistry, or a related discipline. You will be a quality-focused individual who is IT savvy with excellent communication skills.

Experience using Empower software will be highly regarded.
