Our client is a market leader in its field, manufacturing and supplying construction chemical products to the building industry. The business is known for its product quality and technical leadership. 

About the role;

• You will be formulating new products and improving existing products
• Testing these products as per, internal, Australian and International standards
• Stability testing
• Pilot batches and supervising plant scale up.
• Preparing Product support literature

Who you are;
 

• Tertiary qualified in Chemistry or material science.
• Two to five years Product Development experience
• Any type of Surface coatings industry experience. E.g. Adhesives, Paint, membranes, ink, cement, etc..
• Ability to work well autonomously as well as in a team environment
• Good communication skills and an ability to meet deadlines
