Our company is a TGA licensed manufacturer of listed pharmaceutical products which is experiencing rapid growth. The successful candidate will manage the day to day running of all Quality Assurance functions. You will be reporting to the General Manager and have overall responsibility for:

• Maintain quality management systems
• Document control
• Administration and maintenance of the Vendor Approval Program
• Setting of sampling and testing plans
• Coordinate environmental monitoring program
• Writing and update of manufacturing and product specifications
• Carrying out internal and external auditing
• Investigate any deviations, determine quality issues, root cause and implement corrective action
• Validation
• Batch Documentation Review and performing release for supply
• Writing Product Quality Reviews
• GMP Training of staff as required
• Handle product complaints by liaising with customers and manufacturers
• Release for Supply

This position is ideal for someone with experience in quality management preferably with at least 2-5 years QA/QC in a TGA/GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, a working knowledge of PIC/s, and looking to take their career to the next level. You must have excellent communication abilities in both written and verbal English as you will be working cross functionally and interfacing with groups across the business as well as with external stakeholders. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail is a must.
