We are looking for confident and enthusiastic customer care representative to join a team who are committed to achieve the best possible level of customer satisfaction. 

You will be reporting to the Customer Care Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our most valued clients. You will provide prompt and friendly service to all our customers

Duties include, and are not limited to:

  • Provide high levels of customer service to all our clients via phone and email
  • Accurately assess client needs and ensure the appropriate follow up is actioned and the necessary administration activities are completed in an accurate and timely manner
  • Provide authorised results and specialised technical advice to clients within designated time frames
  • Set up and maintain client records in our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
  • Maintain effective communication between the client and all internal personnel
  • Handling customer queries and complaints and doing so in a professional and level-headed manner
  • Accurate data entry, maintenance of customer records and general filing

The Successful Candidate must have:

  • Strong communication verbal and written (highly desirable)
  • Professional telephone manner as you will be the key point for clients within the business
  • 1 year demonstrated experience in customer service or account management
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Positive ‘can-do’ attitude and calm, diplomatic approach
  • Laboratory experience in food, pharmaceuticals or cosmetics is (highly desirable)
  • HSC/VCE equivalent with a tertiary qualification in a scientific discipline (desirable)
