You will be working for the development arm of one of Australia's most active investment firms.They have a strong focus on delivering high quality sustainable developments. Sustainability is a key organisational focus, with each project considering the impact on communities and the environment. Professionalism is imbedded within their values whist still maintaining an open and friendly working enviroment.
Your new role
You will be stepping in to the Development Manager position, working directly with the General Manager & Director of Development and Construction. You would be working on some of Victoria's most exciting and significant land developments, with further opportunities to work on iconic Melbourne projects currently in the pipeline.
Your roles and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Source and present viable development opportunities to management.
- Assisting with acquisition
- Full development analysis & full development planning (Including progress reporting)
- Manage value engineering
- Manage all planning approvals
- Key stakeholder management including consulting teams
- Sales & Marketing strategies
What you'll need to succeed
Comprehensive experience within a Development Manager position. Land development experience is a essential for this role. You will have had experience in leading on financial analysis/appraisal of development projects.In addition you must be able to manage internal and external stakeholders.
