Join one of the best and largest leading residential real estate agency's in Sydney as their Leasing Consultant! Our client has a reputation that is second to none and has the largest rent rolls located in the Inner West region. They have a phenomenal brand, a great culture and a reputation for training and developing their staff.
The Position
Based in the Inner West our client is now on the hunt for an exceptional leasing consultant to eventually transition into Sales. You will work along side their BDM as a Leasing Executive and be groomed into sales whilst earning a fantastic commission structure! You must have that passion to transition into Sales and be very eager to progress and stay long term.
- Conduct open homes
- Match suitable tenant to vacant properties
- Manage lease negotiations
- Select and reference check appropriate tenants
- Prepare and sign up lease agreements
- Coordinate advertising for rentals
- General email correspondence
The Person
- Some real estate experience required
- A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- A reliable car and valid driver’s license
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management and organisation skills
- Able to work as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- A people person who enjoys interacting with others
