About the Role

Due to the ongoing commitment to sustainable growth within the Australian market, CFL are now recruiting a National Property and Leasing Manager in a newly created position. Reporting directly to the Head of Property Development and overseeing a team of Property and Legal Administrators, this position will play a vital role in the successful management of the CFL property portfolio. 

Key duties of this role will include:

  • Development and implementation of a strategic portfolio management plan
  • Oversee the management and supervision of the Property and Legal Administration team
  • Actively participating and contributing to the roll-out of the new leasing database
  • Build and maintain effective and efficient relationships with key internal stakeholders across various teams including Construction, Development and Maintenance
  • Management and maintenance of property and lease related policies, processes and procedures
  • Identification and implementation of improvement opportunities to maximise profits through property management

About You

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, traits and qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in a high-volume Retail or Commercial property manager role
  • Advanced experience with lease and contract interpretation
  • Previous experience with people management in a professional environment
  • Previous experience working in an ASX listed organisation advantageous, though not required
  • Advanced negotiation and influential skills
  • Commercial business acumen
  • Strong attention to detail; detail orientated
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
