Currently seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join their fun, social and outgoing team, this is an opportunity not to miss out on!

The Role:
As an Assistant Property Manager you will be responsible for:

• Assist the team leader – initially doing some leasing & PM admin, new lease agreements, tenant packs
• Handling & addressing rental enquiries via email and phone
• Conducting open homes and open for inspections
• Organising Repairs & Maintenance
• In-going & out-going inspections
• Using REST, file smart & inspect real estate
• Prepare properties for online advertising
• Ad hoc administration duties

The Candidate:

• Previous Real Estate experience is preferred 
• A current Agent's Rep
• Driver's License and car
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
• Mandarin speaking advantageous
