Community Housing Limited (CHL) Group of Companies is an innovative and best practice affordable housing organisation, which assists access to, develops and manages sustainable housing for people in need. Focusing on business development and growth, we are looking for a highly skilled, committed, passionate leader to take on the role of State Manager for South Australia. The State Manager will be responsible for managing partnerships with external organisations and developing new partnerships to promote business growth and quality of service for tenants.
Main tasks include:
- Business development & stakeholder engagement
- Engaging with the housing sector, business & Government organisations
- Effective management of staff
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate success working at a senior management level in social services or government sector as well as a sound understanding of best practice social housing management, policy and legislation applying to the community housing industry.
