Work for one of the premier real estate companies in Melbourne. Our client is well respected within the industry, known for their staff support and training. They are currently looking for an experienced property manager to join their close knit, inner-northern suburbs team.

As the property manager, no day will ever be the same. You will be responsible for the management of up to 170 properties, completing routine inspections, in going and outgoing reports, liaising with tenants and landlords as well as keeping on top of rental arrears, repairs and maintenance.

To be successful in this position, you will have at least 2 years’ experience as a Property Manager or Junior Property Manager. Alternatively, you may be an experienced property manager looking for a change. You will hold a current Certificate agents rep, have a drivers licence and reliable car, be well presented and have a good command of both written and verbal English.
