Support Property Managers on, but not be limited to:
- Tenant and landlord communication
- Ingoings, outgoings and routine inspections
- Repairs and maintenance
- Vacating tenants
- Rental collection and arrear management
Car essential, experience in real estate sales and/or residential Leasing is/are prefer, willing to learn and eager to be owner of the business, understanding in Mandarin is advantage.
