This position will manage all aspects of their own portfolio of approx 110 local properties excluding trust accounting & with leasing support. You must enjoy working in a small cohesive team environment.
- A min 1 plus years experience as a Property Manager covering all facets of property management.
- Must have a current certificate of real estate registration.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive "can do attitude".
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Must have a valid Qld drivers licence & your own reliable car.
- MOST IMPORTANTLY - You enjoy a positive, fun and vibrant work place.
