An exciting NEW opportunity for a Project Sales Associate has become available for a motivated and dynamic sales professional, to join their projects team.

The Position

Step away from the standard support role and get involved in launches and key activities of the Residential Project Marketing team. You will be supporting a driven and highly successful Project Sales Manager this is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your strong administration and sales skills in this autonomous role.

Some of your key responsibilities will include

  • All incoming buyer enquiries
  • Prospecting for additional buyers
  • Updating and maintaining the CRM database
  • Educating buyers regarding projects
  • Liaising with prospective buyers, solicitors and other third parties
  • Oversee day to day running of the project appointments
  • Complete all necessary documentation associated with selling property, including preparation and execution of sales exchanges
  • Administration surrounding the settlement process
  • Managing buyer anniversaries and after sales programs
  • Prepare reports, presentations and agendas for sales meetings

The Person

To be considered for this role you will have experience in administration and sales background, you will be seeking to boost your skills and take your career to the next level. You will be proactive and have a positive attitude.

  • Immaculately presented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Ability and desire to provide outstanding service to all clients
  • Highly organised and high attention to detail
  • Competent with various computer software programs
  • Current Driver’s license
  • Must have previous real estate experience
  • Must have NSW Certificate of Registration
