About the Role
Joining the active Property Management team, the role will undertake full management of a portfolio of 170 properties. PM's are currently working 1 in 8 Saturdays!
Duties include but not limited to:
- Managing portfolio of 180
- Leasing
- Inspections (OFI & Routine)
- Tenant and Landlord Management
- Maintenance and Repairs
- Administration
- Responding to enquiries
Skills and Experience
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate
- Minimum 12-18 months Property Management experience
- Strong portfolio management knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
- Strong computer skills
- Victorian Driver's License
- Well presented, reliable car
